  Brad has helped us navigate three different real estate transactions over 7 years. Whether it was buying or selling; Brad was helpful, informative and trusted. He has many contacts in the industry so getting a house ready to sell was easy and when we explored doing touch up or upgrades at the new homes he always had highly skilled contacts to get it done. We both work in the mortgage industry so hear a lot of horror stories. Brad has only provided the best experiences. There are times when we loved a house and while Brad was supportive he would explain the drawbacks and always circle back to our original conversations of what we were looking for.
